Emanuel Solomon Training and Coaching (ESTC) is a professional development services company focused on helping professionals of color (and advocates of color), promote and advance in the workplace and in their businesses. We noticed there was a gap in the understanding of the average Black or Brown professional of how race, culture, and power dynamics play a part in their ability to get the results they want; especially in predominantly white work environments.

Developing these interpersonal skills, cultivating a new mindset and paradigm, starts to root the melanated professional in a new truth and knowledge of self that shapes and enhances their professional relationships.
